1.How to install Vinyl. Clean the surface that you want to place the vinyl decal. Use the transfer tape to peel the decal off the backing. Then apply the decal using the transfer tape to the surface. Use a plastic edge like credit card to remove the air bubbles and to smoothen out the decal. Then carefully remove the transfer tape at a 45 angle or more. make sure to watch the decal as you remove the tape so that the decal comes off the tape and sticks to the surface.
